BEEF OXTAIL FROZEN

Oxtail is crosscut sections of the beef tail that are soft and rich in flavor when cooked slowly. Because of the tail’s high amount of bone and cartilage and a small amount of meat, it does need to be cooked low and slow for the best results. This is a frozen product and comes in a 1kg pack.
