The chops were cut very thin & included a big slice of fat & skin, presumably to make up the weight. The chops were delicious when cooked however & we enjoyed them but the scrap fat was a disappointng waste.

Lamb chops were good to eat just had lots of fat, thick pieces and not like the one from butcher lamb shoulder.

Lovely mature flavour: the chops had to be mutton, yummy! Good size and thickness. Just the right amount of fat per piece. WilI definitely order again

Hey guys, we always buy your meat, especially the lamb chops. However, bit disappointed with the cuts this time round. Hopefully our next order of chops will be cut to its usual size, not to smaller portions.. Otherwise, awesome.. Cheers!
