Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://www.chickennthings.co.nz (“the Site”) operated by Chicken ‘n’ Things (2012) Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://www.chickenthings.co.nz
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, your order has not been delivered or you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. All product must be retained to allow uplift or viewing to occur. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
For whatever reason we are unable to supply product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same value or issue a credit on the item.
Credit Card Payments
Payments are processed through the secure STRIPE system. No credit card information is stored by Chicken ‘n’ Things (2012) Limited.
Stripe is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected.
This means that your information is securely transmitted throughout the entire payment process.
As a PCI Service Provider Level 1, Stripe offers the highest possible level of payment processing security.
This ensures the security and integrity of information through encrypting all credit and debit card numbers.
Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chicken ‘n’ Things (2012) Limited reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.
As meat is a perishable product and cut-to-order, we cannot cancel or make any amendments to orders on the day of delivery.
Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel an order.
