Cooking Tips

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and set a greased wire rack on top. Place coated chicken on the wire rack. Lightly spray the tops with cooking oil. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Chicken is ready when golden and crispy with an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
