Refund policy

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has been delivered and you are not happy with your order please contact us at admin@chickennthings.co.nz with your order number. You must notify Chicken n Things via email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or dispose of items until you have heard back as we will need photos / physical evidence of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.


All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back. Chicken n Things will advise you when they will pick the product up or if you may dispose of them once the complaint has been accepted.

Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be given if you enter an address incorrectly. If you will not be home when the order is to be delivered, please make an alternative arrangement and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow. Ownership of the products transfers to you once the product is delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will always try to accommodate special requests, but you must call  Chicken n Things prior to ordering to ensure that your special requests can be met.
