Meat pack is great,but was disappointed we got rump steak instead of sirloin after your phone call.

Hi Chris,
The item specified in the Jumbo Meat Box is Beef Rump. We did not receive the Rump stocks the previous day and hence the phone call to see if a substitution was acceptable. However, before the order was dispatched we did receive our Beef stocks and the order was fulfilled as specified with Beef Rump.

Great meat box highly recommended packs were of good portions and quality,also being informed that some products were not available so replaced with better meat Rump steak changed for sirloin and just the communication with the company was extremely excellent I will be buying from chicken and things from now on they beat Meatbox and online meats💯
