The order was sent with nzpost and they delivered it to the wrong house. I have emailed as nzpost said they don't cover reimbursement for this

No idea what the deal is with this one star review. If anything, Chicken N Things provided a service that deserves well over 5 stars.
The fact that NZ Post delivered it to the wrong house was something well outside and beyond our control, yet it was remedied as soon as it was brought to our attention. A new full replacement order was dispatched and delivered at no extra cost to you.
It would be great if you could 'review' your review in light of this prompt response.

Very good selection fresh and well packed, my only issue was the beef stir fry was the wrong cut of meat and it was very tough to eat, even when we cooked it longer it was still very tough to chew, we will not buy this product again.
