Cooking Tips

The general rule of thumb for cooking a whole stuffed chicken is to cook it for approximately 20 minutes per 500g at a temperature of 350°F (175°C). However, various factors can influence cooking times, such as the size of the bird, the stuffing used, and the cooking method applied.
The safe minimum internal temperature for poultry is 165°F (74°C). This temperature must be reached in the thickest part of the chicken, including the breast and thigh, as well as the centre of the stuffing.
