- Cut-off Time: Place orders before 12pm the day before delivery
- Packaging Pickup: For towns in our truck route, we can collect boxes and ice packs to reuse and reduce waste
- Truck Route: Katikati, Tauranga CBD, Rotorua Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, and Te Puke.

Express Courier (Rest of Bay of Plenty)
- Rate: $20 per 20kg (0–20kg = $20, 21–40kg = $40, etc.)
- Timetable:
- Order before Mon 8pm → Process Tue → Deliver Wed
- Order before Tue 8pm → Process Wed → Deliver Thu
- Order before Wed 8pm → Process Thu → Deliver Fri
- Orders after Wed 8pm (Thu–Sun) → Process Mon → Deliver Tue
- Delivery window: 8am–8pm (may vary with conditions).
