Scotch fillet or ribeye is a cut from the whole boneless eye of the rib, prized for its marbling. It is very versatile and can be used for roasts, stir-frying or simply throw it on the BBQ. This cut is also known as the Collar Butt when used for low and slow barbecuing. It can also be cut into steaks.

This is a FRESH product. May be supplied frozen when in short supply
