Cooking Tips

Cooking tips for 4.25kg turkey
Thawing: Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator for about 24 hours for every 4-5 kilograms of turkey. Alternatively, use cold water to thaw the turkey, changing the water every 30 minutes.
Preparation: Remove the giblets and neck from the cavity, rinse the turkey inside and out, and pat it dry with paper towels. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs and spices.
Cooking: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and place the turkey in a roasting pan, breast side up. Roast the turkey for about 4-4.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) in the thickest part of the breast and 82°C (180°F) in the innermost part of the thigh.
Resting: Allow the turkey to rest for at least 1 hour after cooking to ensure it remains juicy and tender.
