Hi Greg,
You were advised on the day of delivery that the product would be coming into our store from the manufacturers later in the week by Friday or over the weekend and that it would be delivered on Monday. So, no idea what you are going on and on about temperature.
All the other products ordered were delivered on the appointed day except this one item. You were asked if you require a refund or would like to wait until we got the product in and you advised our staff that you were happy to wait. Yet you saw it fit to email us about 6 times over the weekend. Thanks for the REVIEW, mate
