Cooking Tips

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place crumbed chicken breasts on the baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Cooking time may vary with thickness of Schnitzel. Always check that internal temperature of the schnitzel is a minimum of 74c

These are very tasty, but unfortunately lacking meat content.
The photo shows one of the 6x breasts that were in the pack. Hard to see these being a full breast.

Not sure what you mean by lacking meat content. This is not a formed or processed product. These are thinly sliced chicken breast ( schnitzels) coated with a lemon pepper crumb. Each piece approx 100gms.
