Cooking Tips

As a rule, the roasting formula is 20 minutes per 450g plus an extra 20 minutes, which means a 3kg chicken will be perfectly roasted after 2 hours and 20 minutes at 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6.
The internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken including the stuffing must reach 74c.
