In this modern day and age, we understand that you are busy and may not be able to always be at home. Our cardboard boxes are coupled with a wool liner for insulation and a food-safe ice gel pack which keep your product chilled. We do recommend leaving a chilly bin out or letting us know a safe shady place to put your delivery if you will not be home to receive it.
As we are trying our hardest to minimize our impact on the environment, we can pick up the packaging (both boxes and icepacks) in the areas where we use our own drivers. To arrange a pickup, let us know when you’re done with it and one of our drivers will be happy to pick it up.

Deliveries are usually made between 8am – 8pm. Deliveries may be delayed beyond the above times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
WE USE AN EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE FOR THE REST OF THE NORTH ISLAND.
ORDERS FOR THESE AREAS ARE $20 per 20kg. EG: 0-20kg – $20, 21-40kg – $40, etc.
- Order before Monday 8pm – Process Tuesday – Deliver Wednesday
- Order before Tuesday 8pm – Process Wednesday – Deliver Thursday
- Order before Wednesday 8pm – Process Thursday – Deliver Friday
- Orders received after Wednesday 8pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday
