Shipping policy

In this modern day and age, we understand that you are busy and may not be able to always be at home. Our cardboard boxes are coupled with a wool liner for insulation and a food-safe ice gel pack which keep your product chilled. It is designed to keep your product chilled for 24 hours after leaving the depot. We do recommend leaving a chilly bin out or letting us know a safe shady place to put your delivery if you will not be home to receive it.

WE DELIVER ALL OVER THE NORTH ISLAND EXCEPT TO RURAL ADDRESSES. IF YOU LIVE RURALLY AND WOULD STILL LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

Delivery Information

We have a number of speedy courier partners to ensure you get your product in the best condition possible.

  • Order before Monday 6am – Process Monday – Deliver Tuesday
  • Order before Tuesday 6am - Process Tuesday - Deliver Wednesday
  • Order before Wednesday 6am - Process Wednesday - Deliver Thursday
  • Order before Thursday 6am - Process Thursday - Deliver Friday
  • Orders received after Thursday 6am, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

- Complaints or claims must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product.

- Please ensure that addresses and instructions are entered correctly as we cannot provide refunds due to incorrect addresses or wrong instructions. 

- Our courier partners usually deliver between 8am - 6pm but if you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
