Cooked on bbq they were the toughest loin chops I've ever eaten
Not saying anything else until I cook the last 4 crusted herb in oven tonight Fingers crossed 🤞 I'll have a better outcome this time. I'll let you know

Much more fatty than usual. We understand they are fatty but at that cost and having to chop off 50% minimum, they are far from economical. They were cheaper when we started purchasing. Sad as I love them but hubby does make sense. A bit of a rip off.
