Lamb Loin Chops (NZ Grass Fed) - 500g

Hi Peter,
Not quite sure what has happened here. Your delivery was done via our refrigerated trucks and the packing was in cardboard cartons with ice packs.
On another note, when you rung the office and spoke to one of our team, they did offer to get the driver to come back and pickup the product and replace it the next day or do a refund, to which you replied that it was okay and that you would use it.
