Cooking Tips

Pan-Seared: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Sear the roulade on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Oven-Roasted: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the roulade on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
