HELLERS MANUKA SMOKED MIDDLE EYE BACON

The eye is selected from the Middle Loin and provides a leaner and smaller rasher of bacon. It is best cooked in a medium hot pan or under a hot grill and is an ideal size for homemade Eggs Benedict or served as a whole rasher for a weekend brunch. Hellers Middle Bacon is cured and to give it that distinctive flavor and yet it’s great value and a real winner with the whole family.

INGREDIENTS: Pork (82%), Water, Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salts (451, 450, 500), Honey, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250).

MAY CONTAIN: Soy.

This is a FRESH product but may be supplied FROZEN when in short stock.

Product of New Zealand with pork raised in the USA and/or Canada plus other imported and local ingredients.
