Your order was placed after hours on a Thursday. We do not dispatch out of Auckland orders on a Friday because couriers do not cover many areas on the weekends. Your order was dispatched on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday, which was the first available date .

Not quite sure about the complaint of partially thawing product. Both your products were fresh meat supplied with a 5 day shelf life or to be frozen down for later use.
The Lamb supplied is from premium NZ Lamb and a complaint that it was average taste is something I really cannot comment on.
As for it being expensive, unfortunately we have no control over the rising cost of red meat in NZ.
